This proposal has been developed for Toys of the North, Inc. (TNI). In the following pages, we will provide a summary of TNI’s current structure as well as concerns that prompted our involvement. We will then offer our proposed intervention including roles and milestones, the expected timeline, and the budget considerations. Our proposal is concluded with evaluation methods to measure impact to the organization and supporting documentation for our Good Samaritans (GS) is a management consulting firm that helps companies rediscover their mission and passion. The goal of GS's consultation services is to guide our clients as they learn the best about themselves and apply their discoveries across the organization, increasing productivity, effectiveness and satisfaction. The business cycle for TNI is seasonal with nearly all major production of toys occurring between November 1 and December 24. During the off-season, the company directs its efforts toward research and development, which determines the needed inventory for the following season.
